How do I purchase tickets?
How do I get my Passes or Tickets?
All tickets and passes purchase online or by phone will be picked up at will call at either the Prince Music Theater or Broad Street Ministries.
Are there any special Ticket or Pass instructions that I should know about?
- AFTER SHOW TIME, NO ONE (INCLUDING PASS HOLDERS) CAN BE GUARANTEED SEATS?
- Please arrive early - 20 minutes before showtime recommended?No refunds are available unless a screening is cancelled.?
- All Sales Are Final No refunds and no exchanges.?Lost tickets cannot be replaced.?
- All advance tickets must be purchased before the day of the show.?Screening updates and other information is regularly updated on our website.?
- Avoid Sellouts – Plan your Festival ahead of time and purchase tickets as early as possible – or better yet, buy a pass!
What does the Opening Night Party and Screening ticket get me into?
The Opening Night Party and Screening ticket gets you into the screening of Running The Sahara at the Prince Theater at 6:30pm and the Opening Night Party at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel at 9:30pm.
